Hello -
I conceived my twins (now almost 7 years old) with clomid, and my husband is (finally) ready to have another child. My OB told me I just don't ovulate, so I would need clomid again to conceive. Does anyone know whether I'm much more likely to conceive twins again on the clomid? Is there any way to affect the chances? I know it sounds strange, because I love my twins so incredibly, but we would really like a singleton this time. My husband feels strongly that we really could only deal with one more.
Does anyone know how likely it is I'll have twins again? I've read tons of literature, and it all seems to say the chances of having twins on clomid range from 5-10%. I haven't found any studies about the chances of conceiving twins (by using clomid) when you already have them (by using clomid). My husband is frankly terrified that my chances are 100%, because my body responds so well to the meds.
Thank you!
