Submitting Photographs to TWINS™ Magazine
Helpful Guidelines for Parents
On the back of each submitted photograph, please write in clear printed letters:
- The names of the twins
- Twin type
- Parent's name, address, phone
- Use a soft felt tip pen or self-adhesive address label
- Be certain to print and complete our Photo Submission/Release Form .
Carefully package and send your photograph(s) and a completed Photo Submission/Release Form to:

We add to the photographs appearing on our web site periodically. For publication in our magazine, we select photos three months before an issue is distributed. Because of the volume of submissions we receive, we are unable to respond individually. You may submit as many photographs as you like. Photos will NOT be returned. High quality printed photographs are preferred.
What makes a photograph suitable for publication? - Sharp focus
- Crisp, clean, vivid color (no blue or yellow cast)
- Good, attractive lighting (no high shadow contrasts, no "red eye")
- Uncluttered backgrounds
- Happy children interacting with each other
We're sorry, but we cannot accept any professional photographs
Submission Guidelines for Articles:
All articles and/or story ideas or submissions can be emailed to: twinseditor@twinsmagazine.com and should include a pitch letter, along with writing samples. All articles should be submitted in Times New Roman size 10, single-spaced and include the title, author and word count. Because we received hundreds of submissions each week, it may take some additoinal time for our staff to respond to your inquiry.
